Deliveries by Physical Plant
Deliveries are done only between the hours of 10:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. each day. If a delivery request comes into the Physical Plant office before 10:00 a.m., every attempt will be made to accommodate the delivery that same day. If the work request comes into Physical Plant after 10:00 a.m., the delivery will be put on the schedule for completion the following day.
At times, there are large event set-ups that may require several days to complete. Consequently, deliveries may be suspended until completion of the event set-up. The Physical Plant Director makes the decision as to the feasibility of accomplishing the delivery schedule.
